What is it?
- This imbalance is feeling and experiencing yourself as separate from the Light, Divine, or your world.
- This Imbalance Includes feeling the energies of separation to include:
- Guilt, Shame, Blame, Fear of failure, Despair, Overwhelm, unworthiness, self doubt, doubt in the Divine, depression, despair, comparing self to others, paranoia, delusion, skepticism, internalization of trauma, self criticism, chronic apologizing for who you are, isolation of self, secrecy, obsession with dark or shadow energies attacking you, insecurity, feeling like what you say does not matter
- This imbalance can also make you feel like an imposter to the world, fraudulent and undeserving. It impedes you from even realizing the joys of your own triumphs. The mind convinces you others are better and that you are not deserving. It rationalizes successes and reduces everything you do to ash.
- It chains you to standards of perfection that are unattainable, and strips you of your ability to feel that you deserve joy. In separation, it can feel as though nothing you do is right, good enough, or that you are not right. There is deep shame or feeling of isolation that can be internalized as a result.
- In robust manifestation, this ego distortion can cause you to feel that you are not from your Earth or that you do not want to be on Earth, in body. There is little room for joy and engagement. There is also little room for gratitude in this defeatist myth-state of the mind. It makes you feel “less than,” yet also continuously pushes you to “do better.” And not in a way that inspires you to evolve and grow, but in a way that forces you to keep trying to prove it wrong.
- This imbalance can move into deep shadow and unconsciousness when it elicits the perception that you are unworthy of God and thus unworthy of Love in general. The perception that you are flawed and have been sent into body as a punishment.
- The imbalance of separation, as all of the imbalances of the mind, leads to distortions that cause you to perceive yourself as flawed, separate, and lesser-than, this specific imbalance carries the burden of overwhelm and fear of failure.
What does it do?
- This Imbalance can lead to punitive behaviors toward self
- Withholding & depriving yourself of Love, obsessive rituals to appease some angry judgmental God, over-giving to overcompensate for lack and unworthiness, shaming or blaming yourself, internalizing guilt, suffering alone through your issues because you feel you are unworthy of Love and support, hiding, or setting higher and higher standards for success due to fear of failure.
- This results in unsustainable stress—the kind that leads to addictions, abusive relationships, depression, and even suicidal thoughts. It is no more than a pain cycle, but the depth of the pain cycle can consume and suck tremendous amounts of energy from your soul, spirit, and life force, as well as devour years and decades of your life.
- This imbalance is one of the deepest impaling spears, not only to the sacred heart but also to the mind. It leaves a gaping hole or a Void that leaves you susceptible to fear prisons and dissonant thoughts. It keeps you separate and isolated.
- You are walking through the valley of the shadow of death in fear instead of Faith. The fear of judgment or shadow keeps you locked into shadow.
- Some with this imbalance act in shadow and judgment. Others continuously martyr themselves, and give and give to feel One with others again. They give, but less from a space of abundance and more from a space of overcompensating for a deficit or disconnection they are struggling to reconcile. The toll of this imbalance is heavy on the body, mind, and emotions.
What to do about it?
- Only God can walk with you through the rebalance of this, for you need support to walk through the shadow until you have the strength, humility, and Faith to remember your inherent worth and Light.
- To transcend this imbalance, you must reach for something that is greater than yourself. And release the expectations of what God is, how life should be, and who you are supposed to be.
- This can come through standing beneath the stars, before the vastness of the sea, before a forest of trees that are alive and part of an ecosystem that you are a part of too.
- Breathing with the stars, breathing with yourself, meditating, and exploring new aspects of life you once feared are essential to seeing the Light in all things again.
- Engage deeply with a cause you are passionate about without focusing on outcome. Share for the sake of sharing. And have compassion for yourself.
- Honor yourself, for the imbalance of separation signifies a deep desire for connection. It is not that the connection is not there; you have just been blinded to the existence of it through the density of form and distortions of the mind.
- There is a desire for God, Consciousness, community, connection, and intimacy inherent to this imbalance that is important. Allow that to govern.
- Channel your beautiful essence into caring for something that needs your unique Grace and Love. Caring for another life, be it an animal, a child, an elder, a tree, or those within your community, can elicit a deep communion. And then you can begin to see God in all things and to
- Let there Be Light. Shining to you, through you, and from you in the garden of the world.
